7. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: The presets/plugins do not appear in Premiere Pro after installation.

A: Please double-check that the files are placed in the correct directory, and try restarting Adobe Premiere Pro.

Q: How can I re-download my purchased files if I lost them?

A: Please contact us directly via our Inquiry Form, and be sure to include your Order ID.

Q: Why do the colors look washed out or different after exporting my video?

A: This plugin is designed around "Gamma 1.96" to prevent exported videos from looking washed out (the common QuickTime gamma shift issue), optimizing your footage for viewing on PCs, smartphones, YouTube, and social media.

When grading, we recommend opening the [Settings] tab at the top of the "Lumetri Color" panel and configuring the following two settings:

  • Check the box for [Display Color Management]
  • Set the "Viewer Gamma" under Project Settings to [1.96 (QuickTime)]

(Note: You can still use the plugin without issues under the default [2.4 (Broadcast)] setting; however, the effect will reflect with slightly stronger contrast. Simply adjust the blend amount using the panel sliders to your preference. Please refer to the included Setup Guide for more details.)

8. Support Notes

Please note that individual technical support, troubleshooting for specific system environments, and pre-purchase consultations are not provided.
